The 118th TMMD Realizes TNI Unity - The People Are Getting Stronger

Denpasar- The Unity of TNI Developing Village (TMMD) activity is a manifestation of the unity of the TNI and the people in the form of community service operations carried out jointly by all components of society including the local government.  At the end of the 2023 fiscal year, in the area of ​​Military Regional Command IX/Udayana there were 4 Task Forces implementing the 118th TMMD Program, namely Military District 1605/Belu, Military District 1629/Southwest Sumba in Prov. NTT, Military District 1608/Bima in Prov. NTB and Military District 1617/Jembrana, in Prov. Bali.  Implementation of the 118th TMMD in 2023 begins on September 20 to October 19, 2023.


 Confirming the implementation of the TNI service operation, the Commander of the IX/Udayana Military Regional Command Major General Harfendi, S.I.P., M.Sc received the presentation of the 118th TMMD Task force commander FY 2023 on Wednesday (30/08) at the Soekertijo Command Center, Military Regional Command HQ IX/Udayana, Denpasar.


 On this occasion the Commander of the IX/Udayana Military Regional Command conveyed to the Task force Commander to ensure that the Regional Revenues and Expenditures Budget (APBD) budget in their respective areas, so that the implementation can be carried out according to the targets and plans that have been determined.


 In accordance with the theme of the 118th TMMD in 2023, namely Cross-Sectoral Synergy to Make TNI-People's Unity Stronger, the Military Regional Commander emphasized that the existence of the TMMD Task Force in the community should really provide benefits, not do things that hurt the community as the bottom line is being able to realize unity  TNI-People are getting better.


 "All TMMD Task Forces work on two main targets, namely physical targets in the form of infrastructure development which are the needs of the local community and non-physical targets in the form of various counseling and socialization," said the Military Commander.


 Present at the presentation included Chief of Staff IX/Udayana, Irutben Itdam IX/Udy, Asrendam IX/Udy, Asintel Kasdam IX/Udy, Aster Kasdam IX/Udy, Kapendam IX/Udy, Kazidam IX/Udy, Kabekangdam IX/Udy, Kakesdam IX/Udy and Waasops Kasdam IX/Udy.  While those participating online included  Commander of the military resort command 161/WS,  Commander of the military resort command 162/WB, Commander of the military resort command 163/WSA and the 118th TMMD task force commander including Commander of the Military District Command 1605/Belu, Commander of the Military District Command 1629/SBD, Commander of the Military District Command 1608/Bima and Commander of the Military District Command 1617/Jembrana.  (IX/Udayana Military Regional Command Information Service staf)
